To efficiently perform installation & commissioning of mechanical and projects installations within KDD in accordance with KDD as well as international standards and norms. Performing quality mechanical installation, commissioning, testing & Validation of new piping and structural fabrication within KDDC. Piping and fabricating/fitting of same in all kinds of materials in the dairy product. Performing insulation work, cladding etc. Ensuring to adhere to Standard Operating Practice. Understanding assembly instructions, ensuring that the required parts are present and meeting quality control standards. Building Scaffolding, Assigned to Drive Forklift, Reach Truck, Scissor and Gennie boom Adhering to Hot Work, Working at Height, and other Safety permits before start work. performing any duty assigned by the line such as changing gas cylinder, painting and weekly cleaning as needed. Sustaining 5S workplace organizational and housekeeping methodology Coordinating within the project team to implement the project for the department. always Maintaining safe and clean working environment. Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties. Executing Management directives as required. Diploma / ITI in Mechanical domain. Completed a vocational diploma in the field of food processing One Year Certificate or Technical Diploma as Fabricator. Proficient Technical Knowledge on Systems Installation & Testing Professional experience (years)Minimum required relevant at least 2 years experience as Fabricator.
