MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.Must have a High school diploma or equivalentCurrent American Red Cross CPR/AED and first aidcertificationKnowledge of game and rules and intramuralpolicies, certified/trained intramural officiant, preferred.Must havevalid Passport and Driver s License.Musthave and maintain a valid SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearanceprior to deployment.Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defensetraining. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.Experience :A minimum of one year of previous officiatingexperience or work in related fitness/sports or health club setting and oneyear of customer service experience. Experience to include: knowledge ofintramural sports rules and excellent customer satisfaction results.Skills :Good communication, teamwork, and customer serviceskills.Must be familiar with Microsoft programs such asExcel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirementsMilitary experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
