Manage commercial implementation of brand layout and visual guidelines.
Execute, measure, monitor and adjust limits or levels of marketing efforts in order to execute all business unit level strategies and plans
Coordinate with Advertising, Promotion and Artwork for designing new campaigns
Coordinate with Finance and Production to determine pricing of products and Stock Keeping Units
Identify opportunities/ requirements when special offers/ promotions have to be introduced for enhancing the sales of particular product/ brand
Supervision of negotiation of terms of purchase with identified suppliers and the documentation for purchases and placement of orders
Uphold high standards through brand procurement policy and developing franchisee relationship with the suppliers
Approval of delivery schedules of orders placed with suppliers
Conduct a due diligence process to evaluate the marketability and feasibility of new products
Keep up to date Market & Pricing Intelligence reports and update General Manager of the developments and advise them of the implications of such developments
Identify products/ Stock Keeping Units whose performance is declining and which are no longer in favor in the markets and recommend the discontinuity of such products/ brands/ SKUs
Prepare business case for all exceptions to established guidelines and procedures and obtain sign-off from the General Manager
