Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Bilingual Secretary with exceptional software skills in EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), BASCRM (Business Administration Software Customer Relationship Management), and HRMS (Human Resource Management System). The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing crucial support to our team. If you possess strong computer skills, excel at multitasking, and are fluent in both English and Arabic, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide top-notch administrative support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Data Management: Utilize EDMS, BASCRM, and IC HRMS for efficient document and data organization. Ensure data accuracy and maintain information integrity.Communication: Act as a liaison between the organization and clients or partners, using both English and Arabic. Translate documents and messages as required.File and Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for EDMS, BASCRM, and IC HRMS. Ensure documents are easily accessible and secure.Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Client Relations: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers in a professional and friendly manner.Software Expertise: Proficiently use EDMS, BASCRM, HRMS, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other specialized tools. Be the point person for software-related issues in the office.Project Assistance: Support projects, research, and presentations as required.
