A. Accountabilities:? Assisting in the design of crisp, clean, efficient, and intuitive user interfaces. ? Build, maintain and enhance the KPC data warehouse model? Generate SQL code to extract, transform and load data from production data sources to the data warehouse ? Analyze data to identify business problems and provide solutions. ? Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for technical design? Develop detailed designs and build the data models and data programs for the projects ? Participating in design and code reviews B. Qualifications:? Experience with Microsoft SQL business intelligence component such as SQL , SSIS,SSRS and SSAS ? Experience with SharePoint BI including PowerPivot , Performance Point Server , Report Builder ? Experience in multiple data sources such as MIS ,ERP system and different data sources ? Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to answer complicated business questions. ? Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment? Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary ? Ability to work well with clients and individually as well as in high collaborative team. ? Perform the data modelling for the OLAP (data warehouse/star schemas) system to bring in the data from the various data source such as MIS ,ERP ? Contractor shall provide consultation services quarterly for quality assurance and system improvements ? Experience with Micro & Microsoft PDW is essential ? Integration Experience with different OLTP systems such as ERP, MIS, etc.. ? Strong analytical capability to visualize and capture reporting requirements ? Experience with Rational System Architect is beneficial ? Excellent documentation skills. ? Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS and SQL Server Reporting Services ? Deep knowledge of multi-dimensional databases (OLAP). Ability to write MDX & DAX queries. C. Education / Qualifications: ? Bachelor Degree in Computer /Electronics Engineering/Science D. Experience: ? At least 6 years of experience in developing Business intelligence solutions. E. Accreditation/Certifications:? Certified Designing Business Intelligence Solutions with Microsoft SQL Server ? Certified Microsoft Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server F. Generic & Specific Skills:? Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities? Excellent organizing and leadership skills? Must be able to work independently and take complete ownership of a deliverable? Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well? Good communication skills
