Responsibilities: ? ? ? ?Recruit, onboard, and train the staff according to the brand values. ? ? ? ?Implement and develop the team approach based on the brand vision.0 ? ? ? ?Manage staff performance to achieve a luxury level of service. ? ? ? ?Analyse and monitor the performance of the store. ? ? ? ?Meet and exceed store sales targets and ensure store budget targets are met. ? ? ? ? ?Create all the necessary reports and monitor the stock in order to deliver high customer engagement. ? ? ? ?Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. ? ? ? ?Ensure an accurate usage of the CRM system in order to build successful relationships with luxury customers. ? ? ? ?Organize the store and the staff based on the store needs. ? ? ? ?Organize and participate in all brand sales activities in the region.
