Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject & Field Supervision:Oversee daily telecom construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities on-site or offshore.Contractor Management:Monitor contractors and subcontractors, review progress reports, and flag technical drifts or delays.Safety & Permits:Lead or supervise Permit to Work (PTW) meetings, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and ensure adherence to company safety rules.Troubleshooting & Maintenance:Investigate operational issues, reconfigure system parameters, manage maintenance tasks (often via SAP), and coordinate escalations to senior engineers.Documentation & Handover:Check constructability aspects of engineering deliverables, track milestones, and manage project documentation for final handover.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor?s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a recognized equivalent technical diploma.Experience: 7 to 10+ years of cumulativeexperience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial infrastructure projects.Direct experience with offshore/onshore brownfields, hook-up and maintenance operation.
