Roles & ResponsibilitiesInterpret scaffolding drawings and plans, translating them into practical, safe, and efficient erection and dismantling strategies.Perform regular inspections of erected scaffolding, identifying and rectifying any structural defects or potential hazards to maintain site safety.Operate specialized scaffolding equipment, including powered access platforms and hoists, with precision and safety.Collaborate closely with site supervisors and other trades to coordinate scaffolding requirements and minimize disruption to ongoing work.Conduct pre-start safety meetings (toolbox talks) for scaffolding teams, emphasizing critical safety procedures and site-specific risks.Ensure all scaffolding materials are correctly stored, maintained, and accounted for, preventing loss and ensuring availability.Respond effectively to emergency situations on site related to scaffolding, implementing immediate corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, material usage, and personnel hours for project documentation and reporting.Desired Candidate ProfilePossession of a valid Scaffolder Level 2 certification (e.g., CISRS Part 2 or equivalent).Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in diverse scaffolding environments (e.g., construction, industrial, offshore).Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex scaffolding blueprints and technical diagrams.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Should be locally available in Qatar for immediate joining.Required CertificationsValid CISRS Level 2 certificatesValid BOSIET and H2SValid RLIC and Offshore PassesValid OMFCIf you meet the above criteria, please send your CV and certificates to +974 3011 1048.
