Report and review performance with team members (operators and technicians) evaluating results and parameters.
Motivate, facilitate, support and direct team to achieve tasks to defined and measurable performance parameters.
Allocate tasks to team members according to current priorities, talent, and skill (team of operators and technicians).
Identify, plan, and implement requisite training to ensure the continued development of all team members, ensuring an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
Ensure full implementation of defined and laid down safety systems and safe practices of work-continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality standards and parameters.
Ensure all PM schedules and inspections are executed, documented, and filed on time.
Critique and develop PM schedule in line with customized requirements of the Plant.
Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity.
Assist in the preparation of budgets.
Supporting the accomplishment of new projects in the RO & ETP.
Propose improvements in the RO & ETP area.
Ensure that all the RO & ETP water parameters meet with the quality standards.
Monitoring of chemical dosage to achieve required plant efficiencies.
Monitor of use of chemicals to ensure constant supply, efficiency of usage and minimum wastage.
Collation of analyses results and other information to produce reports.ÿ
Collaboration and communication with other departments to ensure information is shared and wastage is highlighted.
