The Sales Manager is the person responsible for the overall sales KPI of a specific region or team, setting annual sales targets and achieving it, setting seasonal plans, measuring performance for the sales department and the sales force, leading a team of reps to achieve sales growth goals in collaboration with the marketing department, and setting metrics for effectiveness Sales department and customer satisfaction search, It is also responsible for planning and organizing the sales activity, and controlling and evaluating the sales activities.
