Job Description

Developing sales policies, following up on their implementation, evaluating results, preparing specialized documents and reports related toproduct sales, displaying and archiving themStudying and following up market developments, identifying and developing marketing goals and sales methods, estimating the expected sales volume and translating goals into sales plans.Proposing sales policies, following up the implementation of sales policies and methods and developing and evaluating promotional programs.Evaluate the results of the work of sales representatives, assess the extent to which sales goals have been achieved and propose corrective plans and actions.Preparing specialized and sales-related documents and reports, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, displaying, clarifying and saving them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.The follow-up to update the database of existing and potential customers.Evaluate the performance of the sales team and look for ways to improve the teams performance.Identify trends in the market, current, and future that are likely to affect the companys performance.Keeping track of potential customers (leads) and ensuring they progress through the sales funnel efficiently. This might involve qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and creating sales reports.Assisting salespeople with their daily tasks is a key responsibility. You could be preparing presentations, drafting proposals, or helping with research on potential clientsProcessing sales orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring order fulfillment goes smoothly might be part of the role.Youll take care of administrative tasks to free up salespeoples time to focus on closing deals. This could include data entry, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.Sales Tools and Technology: Managing and maintaining sales software (CRM) and other sales tools.Competitor Research: Staying informed about competitors products and pricing to support the sales team.Social Media Engagement: Engaging with potential customers on social media platforms.
