Prepare construction documents and records;
Inspect construction sites for quality and report any variances;
Prepare drawings, documents, details, schedules or specifications using programs such as AutoCAD, Civil3D and ArcGIS;
Other duties as assigned;
Determine inspection and testing requirements for the task and perform tests and inspections in a timely manner;
Observes and inspects work performed by contractors ensuring compliance of specs, drawings, code, and safety;
Takes an active role in new business development by performing quality production work to build strong relationships with existing clients;
Using prescribed methods, performs specific and limited portions of an experienced engineer?s broader assignment;
Interpret and apply local, state, and federal code requirements to designs;
Assist survey technicians in surveyfield work;
Apply standard practices and techniques;
Assist with project planning, site assessments, infrastructure, and scheduling;
Attend office and field meetings and perform field inspections and investigations;
Diverse civil site design projects.
