WFP Sudan, one of the largest and complex operations for?WFP globally,?is currently rolling out its five-year?Country Strategic Plan?(2019-2023), which aims to provide emergency assistance through a hybrid approach (Cash, food and vouchers), along with life-changing types of programmes (Nutrition, Resilience and School Feeding).JOB PURPOSETo implement well-defined standard logistics/supply chain processes and activities to enable effective delivery of goods and services for all delivery modalities.?KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

• Participate and conduct food retail supply chain and markets assessments.
• Perform redeemed vouchers reconciliation.
• Participate in paper voucher disposal as per standard operating procedures.
• In coordination with procurement, maintain retail tracking database at area office level and monitor/track retailers? performances in coordination with partners, and based on well-established key performance indicators,
• Perform and coordinate food quality control activities, and manage the mobile point of sales (mPOS) equipment concerns in coordination with IT.
• Perform reconciliations of wholesalers/retailer?s transactions data, verify and process retailers? invoices, and process payment requests;
• Gather information with clear direction to support the drafting of documents and preparing reports by other staff;
• Participate in Monthly Price and Market monitoring surveys in coordination with Vulnerability Analysis and Mapping (VAM) unit.
