Job Title: Restaurant WaiterWe are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic team. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their timely delivery to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards.
  • Provide recommendations and suggest upsells to enhance the dining experience.
  • Anticipate guests needs and promptly respond to requests or concerns.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Continuously strive to improve knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, and restaurant promotions.
