Job Description

Job Summary:The Tendering and Estimation Manager will oversee and manage the tendering and estimation process for contracting projects in Kuwait. He will be responsible for developing and preparing project proposals and bid documents, as well as analyzing project requirements, cost estimates, and bid submissions. He will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that all aspects of the tendering and estimation process are carried out efficiently and effectively.Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare project proposals and bid documents in accordance with project requirements and company guidelines.
  • Analyze project requirements, cost estimates, and bid submissions to identify risks, opportunities, and potential improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that all bid requirements are met.
  • Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids, including pricing, technical proposals, and other required documentation.
  • Manage the negotiation and award process, including identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and estimation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful handover of awarded projects.
