Analyze training needs to develop/modify training programs with flexible delivery options.
Review and update all training programs, training materials and assessments.
Provides orientation and training on new course materials.
Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for

company and regulatory compliance.

Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions

for improvements.

Actively coordinate Local & National skills contests and train the participants to achieve high recognition at

regional and international level contests.

Ensure all mandatory trainings are conducted on time and effectively as per principles? KPIs.
Prepare reports on all training activities on a regular basis.
