Manage Co-Packing Team & ensure Co-Packing as per Sales Requirement; Barcode Printing, Labelling Bundling as per agreed Quality and Quantity.? Check with Supervisor for additional Manpower to complete Co-Packing as per Sales Demand.? Records daily Productive Performance Register.? Training Co-Packing Team; Safe use of Co-Packing Equipment?s, Co-Packing Methods, avoid Wastage and Re-Work resulting better productivity? Maintain & Monitor Packing Materials Stocks; Recording and No Wastage? Ensure Cleanliness in Co-Packing Area. Monitor the Equipment /Machine Safety? Zero Damage to Products, Equipments, Packing Materials while Handling / Co-Packing? Daily Cleaning and removing all Wastes before leaving Duty.? Follow Safety and Hygiene; Use of Protective Mask, Safety Shoes, Cleaned Clothes.? Ensure that all team members are present on all the working days. Maintain the attendance & overtime details on daily basis & report to Warehouse supervisor accordingly? Self-Disciplined; Punctuality for duty timings, Take permission from Supervisor for Sick Leave.? To maintain discipline, hygiene, & safety among the team & Motivate them to get best out of them thereby benefitting the organization in best possible way.? Ensure 5?S? standards are maintained and monitored properly.? Maintains an organized, clean and safe work & warehouse area. Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.? Commitment to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, FSMS-ISO 22000:2018? Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by Manager / Supervisor on a daily or continuing basis
