Job Description

The Sales Representative for Restaurants, plays a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within the restaurant industry. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate with restaurant owners and managers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their business operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the restaurant sector, enabling them to contribute significantly to the companys growth.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential restaurant clients through research and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the restaurant industry.
  7. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.
  8. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  10. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the companys products and services.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  8. Passionate about the restaurant industry and customer service.
  9. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
