Job Description

Title: Sales Manager - Bakery DivisionJob Summary:The Sales Manager for the Bakery Division will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives to grow sales within key accounts and categories. The ideal candidate will have experience in the bakery industry and be able to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Bakery Division to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development and product innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bakery market, including consumer trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the bakery industry, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business within key accounts and categories
