Job Description

We are looking of a Sales Associat at one of the furniture shops in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait, As a Sales Associate, you will play a role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
  2. Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and demonstrate features of various furniture items.
  3. Assist customers in the selection process, ensuring they find the perfect pieces for their homes or offices.
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit payments.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  8. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
