Job Description

Position title: Production SupervisorCompany Overview:Our client is a holding company with several business divisions in Kuwait. They are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Kuwait. ˙The production supervisor oversees the manufacturing process and ensures that production is successful by managing all aspects of it.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all items produced are as per Technical Instructions
  • Capable and familiar with production planning and efficiency
  • Familiar with automated industrial bakery manufacturing lines
  • Knowledge in food Haccp, safety and hygiene
  • Capable of supervising 80+ staff members
  • Familiar with at least 3 bakery production categories (Pastry, French bread, Arabic bread, Central kitchen, Breadsticks, Arabic sweets)
  • Capable of preparing detailed production and waste daily and monthly reports
  • Capable of working in different shifts
