Prepare & review production plan (weekly & daily) with Plant manager.
Responsible for day-to-day production activity (Lines & Utilities) and control of production staff - manpower
Follow up IMS & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiencies under IMS program.
Organize maintenance with maintenance manager and with other staff as per maintenance program.
Liaison with QA mgr. for maintaining product quality.
Supervise breakdown and implement corrective action as and when required.
Responsible for implementing GMP in liaison with other staff.
Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
Submit production reports daily after production.
Maintain production records and manuals.
Monitor raw materials & coordinate Incoming material inspection with Logistic staff.
Assigned as EMS coordinator.
Knowledge of Production line Operation /Maintenance trouble shooting and fault finding.
Responsible of safe operation for production staff and equipment, Implementation, follow up of safety programs and procedures.
