Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Plan and track the shipment of products
  • Keep logs and records of executed orders, etc.
  • Ensure peak periods are planned correctly to avoid delays in shipments.
  • Support in cases of delays in service or documentation through communication with forwarders / customs or shipping companies.
  • Ensure correct documentation and on time shipments are taking place.
  • Review and validating logistics invoices and making sure payments are happening on time.
  • Ensure peak periods are managed efficiently
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
