Work on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the legal requirements.
Provide legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure.
Formulate, provide, advise and/or review all contracts agreements between the company and third parties to ensure that the company?s interest is protected and the best commercial position maintained.
Ensure the company?s interests are fully protected and redress of grievance obtained.
Advise on legal, governance, regulatory and compliance to ensure that the company is in compliance with the laws and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal advice and render legal opinion in a business context for the company.
Draft, review, negotiate, and develop the company business contracts and agreements including lease, investment and services contracts.
Assist in all matters related to the company dispute and litigation.
Contribute with legal input in the company projects and arrangement.
Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the other departments in any matter related to the Company?s business.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
Provide, interpret and clarify legal information to the other departments.
Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with the external law firm and draft pleadings and defense memorandums.
Follow up and timely respond to protect the company intellectual property rights.
Follows up all the new laws, judicial and constitutional procedurals related to the company?s business and keeping the management aware and inform on such changes.
Handles all legal related tasks assigned by the manager.
Advise on governance and compliance and provide solutions to hedge and mitigate the legal risks.
