To survey of the real estate market in order to analyze the data and evaluate the real estate to develop practical plans.
Defining and implementing marketing programs.
Conducting market studies for rents in local areas.
To promote vacant real estate and properties through specified mechanism.
Evaluate customer requirements and financial budget to deliver appropriate offers with the specified budget.
Provide accurate information and data on the various features of real estate.
Verifying data and information and reviewing real estate details.
Communicating and contracting with international/regional/local companies to attract them to open commercial activities in malls.
Negotiating with clients regarding investment terms and agreements.
Provide proper maintenance guarantees and check the real estate properties periodically.
Executing lease contracts, coordinating with brokers, owners, suppliers and agents.
Maintain communication with tenants during their tenancy to oversee their well-being and assist in resolving property issues.
Explain the lease terms, rental price and payment term to the tenants.
Organizing meetings to discussed investment operations to determine the necessary solutions to achieve the departments objectives.
Submitting periodic (weekly/monthly) reports on what has been implemented, problems and proposed solutions, and the percentage of goals achieved.
Any other tasks as assigned.
