Experience of maintenance and calibration of instruments like Flow meters, Pressure Gauges, Gas detection equipment related to Sewage Pumping station
Knowledge of Safety regulations & precautions in Sewage / Waste Plants related to gaseous atmosphere (H2S, Chlorine).
Troubleshooting of DCS, PLC, SIS, FGS and field instruments.
Overhauling of control valves and shutdown valves.
Troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance of Format checking, Loop checking and Logic checking of field instruments.
Wiring, troubleshooting, loops checking and site acceptance testing of control panel.
Coordinate with vendor?s pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and highlight any defect.
Installation, calibration and troubleshooting of valve positioner, transmitter and all field instruments.
Performing security assessments and risk assessments in different types of ICS environments
