1- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufatures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters,and lubricationsetc.2- Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.3- Basic awareness of equipment management controls.4- Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.5- Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.6- Capable of solving problems individualy.?7- Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units.8- Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.9- Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment?
