Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufatures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters,and lubricationsetc.
Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.
Basic awareness of equipment management controls.
Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.
Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.
Capable of solving problems individualy.
Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units.
Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.
Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment
