Job Description

  • Collaborates with the Chef and other kitchen staff to plan menus, oversee food preparation, and provide cafeteria service.
  • Trains, schedules, and supervises food services staff.
  • Follow up on patient complaints
  • Supervises stocking and operation of food and beverage machines in shared areas throughout the hospital.
  • Ensures and/or maintains the safety and cleanliness of all food preparation, service, and work areas, tools, and facilities.
