Job Description

The Deputy Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the sales department, assisting the Sales Manager in driving sales strategies and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who possesses a strong understanding of the sales process and can lead a team effectively. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing sales plans, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to enhance the sales performance of the organization.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies.
  2. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  3. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills.
  8. Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  9. Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  8. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
