Deputy Production Head - Food and Beverage? Assist the Production Head in planning, organizing, and managing daily productionoperations to meet production targets and objectives.? Oversee production processes and workflows, ensuring the efficient use of resourcesand adherence to quality and safety standards.? Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and qualitycontrol, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.? Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency andreduce costs.? Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processesand equipment.? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to food safetyand hygiene.? Provide coaching, guidance, and support to production team members, fostering apositive and productive work environment.? Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.?
