Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in driving project success and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
