Job Description

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help lead our store to success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Assist in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Drive and exceed sales targets through effective floor management, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Operational Support: Support with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and high-quality shopping experience for all customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Training & Development: Assist in onboarding, training, and developing staff to foster growth and improve team performance.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold brand standards and values, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the store.
A passion for footwear, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.
