Job Description

? Diagnose the diseases of human body by using conventional radiology and ultrasound.? Making diagnosis in the light of clinical information and laboratory results.? Carry out special radiological procedures in presence of suitable equipment and Facilities.? Ensure the quality of x-ray film by advising the technician and supervision of the radiographic procedures.? Put the results of x-ray and ultrasound examinations in the computerized system, so clinicians have immediate approach to the outcome of radiological tests.? Supervise the satisfactory working of x-ray machines, dark room equipment and ultrasound machine in coordination with technician and maintenance personnel.? Be nice and cordial with the patients to assure them best clinical care.? Keep liaison with the clinicians to help patient in reaching correct diagnosis.? Suggest further radiological advanced investigations if deemed necessary after completion of conventional studies.? Conduct research to increase knowledge about medical issues.? Issuing medical reports as and when needed in line with Centre?s policy.? Develop & maintain a good rapport with patients.? Providing services courteously and respectfully, with regard to the cultural beliefs and needs of patients.? Working constructively and harmoniously with other members of the Centre to ensure patients receive optimal care.? Administrative and management duties as assigned.? Completes the patient records in HIMS system as necessary.? Participate in CME programs / workshop/ conferences and other seminars etc..? Participate in YMC activities as requested.? Consult with or provide consultation to the other Doctors when needed.? Maintain Medical Ethics.
