Responsibilities:? Providing HR Leadership and HR Operations support for the company? Providing guidance and support to business leaders regarding recruitment, performance management, on-boarding, training & development? Develops recommendation on organizational planning and develops orgcharts of the company? Support the design of employee training programs, build succession plans and craft internal promotion process? Lead assessment and identification of the business?s training and development needs as well as implementation of training and development programs, including onboarding and mentoring programs? Ensure a professional HR administration? Controlling work of HR ExecutivesRequirements:? At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR-related field? At least 5 year work experience as HR Manager or other Senior HR roles in oil & gas or heavy industry? Excellent knowledge of Omani labour law and all the manpower regulations? In-depth knowledge of all HR functions? Good communications skill? Good to Fluent English language? Proficiency in computer operating system such as MS Office
