Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute social media strategies to engage our target audience, attract sellers and buyers, and build thriving communities on various platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a passion for social media marketing and a knack for creating compelling content.Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, videos, images, and stories.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, attract sellers and buyers, and drive engagement.
  • Plan and schedule regular posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance to our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry, and leverage them to enhance our content strategy.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
  • Build and manage communities on social media platforms, fostering engagement and facilitating discussions among members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively recommend new ideas and strategies.
