Work on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the legal requirements.
Provide legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure.
Formulate, provide, advise and/or review all contracts agreements between the company and third parties to ensure that the companys interest is protected and the best commercial position maintained.
Ensure the companys interests are fully protected and redress of grievance obtained.
Advise on legal, governance, regulatory and compliance to ensure that the company is in compliance with the laws and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal advice and render legal opinion in a business context for the company.
Draft, review, negotiate, and develop the company business contracts and agreements including lease, investment and services contracts.
Assist in all matters related to the company dispute and litigation.
Contribute with legal input in the company projects and arrangement.
Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the other departments in any matter related to the Companys business.
