Job Description

The SME Gatherer is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for our e-commerce platform. This role involves sourcing potential SME partners, ensuring their products align with the platforms standards, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process. The SME Gatherer will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support SMEs in maximizing their presence and sales on the platform.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification and Sourcing: Identify potential SMEs that fit the platform?s target market. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new SME partnerships.
  • Onboarding: Guide SMEs through the onboarding process, including registration, product listing, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with SME partners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success on the platform. Address any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends to identify new SME opportunities for expanding the platforms network.
  • Reporting: Track and report on SME performance metrics, including sales, engagement, and satisfaction.
