Job Description

Job title: ?Finance Manager - Saudi Nationality Ready to join immediately Position Summary:The Finance Manager reports directly to the CFO. The role requires an experienced and competent Finance professional. The position is responsible for key activities like preparing budgets, managing ERP processes, communication with department heads on financial matters and creating different financial reports.Key responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the Annual Budget in collaboration with all department heads.
  2. Work with both internal and external auditors on different assignments to ensure proper compliance and reporting.
  3. manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.
  4. Implement and Maintain the ERP financial data. interact regularly with financial staff and heads of departments to ensure ERP data are up to date each month and at year end.
  5. Ensure all purchase orders and contracts are processed as per the approved process/guidelines and policies.
  6. work with teams in the company to obtain financial data, such as the expenses incurred throughout the month, so that records can be updated for accurate auditing at the end of the year.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:1.????Bachelor?s Degree in finance2.????Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role3.??????Analytical skills ? to identify trends in data, spot inaccuracies, and advise Management on important matters4.??????Organization ? good organization skills and prioritization ensure that tasks are completed on time5.??????Computer skills ? to use database software and ERP programs6.??????Communication skills ? working with colleagues, clients, and auditors on a regular basis, ensure clear communication with professional demeanor
