Job Summary:The IT Support Specialist performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning and installation of new and existing devices and workstations. diagnoses and resolves problems in response to users reported incidents; confers with end-users to determine types of hardware and software required; installs new hardware and software and maintains existing components trains end-users in the use of equipment and software; performs general maintenance tasks; troubleshoots and resolves issues with user devices and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization; prepares progress reports for all work performed evaluates products for compatibility, expandability, and ease of use and support; recommends to management the support or nonsupport of evaluated products.Main Responsibilities:Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.Experience in Sales handheld Pda , Printers and software Salesbuzz.Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Required Qualifications:A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist.Knowledge of ITSM and remote assistance support.Knowledge of SalesBuzz and Sales handheld devices.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, Printers, and network devices.Must be Saudi National.
