Description:We are looking for a chef de Partie (bakery,Pastry) who will will contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section at all times, and to coordinate and be responsible for staff in the delegated section. All production is carried out in line with appropriate food portion control. Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other staffPrepare a variety of baked goodsDecorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful wayMonitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipmentEnsure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulationsDevelop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
