We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Consultant to join a reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Anesthesia Consultant provides expert medical care in the field of anesthesiology to patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The consultant ensures safe administration of anesthesia, pain management, and perioperative care, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professional excellence.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical or medical procedures.Evaluate patients preoperatively, including assessment of medical history, physical condition, and risk factors.Determine and administer the most appropriate anesthesia techniques (general, regional, or local).Monitor patient vital signs and responses during anesthesia and adjust treatment as necessary.Manage airway and ventilation, ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period.Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring for complications.Supervise and guide junior anesthetists, residents, and anesthesia technicians.Participate in the management of acute and chronic pain as part of a multidisciplinary team.Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and anesthesia charts.Contribute to departmental audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.Specialization: Fellowship or Board Certification in Anesthesiology.Licensure: Valid license or eligibility to practice as an Anesthesia Consultant in [country/region].Experience: Minimum of [5–8 years] post-specialization experience in anesthesia practice Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting for permanent placements, outsourcing, local, and overseas hiring.
