Job Description

1. Manage the Take-off, working out BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from equipment drawings and piping isometrics2. Generate BOM from the worked out BOQ3. Prepare material requisition based on BOM and Project schedule4. Understand the ?Method of Measurement? in the Project Contract5. Prepare detailed project execution plans considering time, manpower and material requirements in consultation with Project Manager6. Manage the Isometric Wise Work Scope7. Update daily progress on the PMRP8. Manage the Project Reporting process9. Complete Client Project Progress Reports as well as the 3-week Look-ahead schedule10. Attend Client meetings to cover progress and schedule11. Manage the monthly ?Progress to Complete? and the ?Cost to Complete? reports12. Obtain Client approval on monthly progress work completion and submit for invoicing13. Manage documentation on work scope changes - additional work and re-work14. Manage the preparation of the monthly Project Report15. Complete the Project Completion Report16. Ensure timely completion of Employee Performance Appraisals (EPAs). Closely work with each direct report to help meet individual performance KPIs and personal development plans
