Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs to meet customer expectations. Manage and mentor a team of automotive technicians, fostering a culture of skill development, collaboration, and high performance. Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and durability of all repair work. Develop and manage workshop budgets, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and overhead while maximizing profitability.Desired Candidate Profile Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the automotive repair industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are highly advantageous. Proven track record of successfully managing workshop operations and leading technical teams.
