Job Description

1. Oversee day-to-day activities at the Camp, ensuring Camp regulations are strictly followed2. Allot accommodation as per BFIM Accommodation Policy3. Ensure all Safety Protocols are implemented in the Camp at all times 4. Keep daily record of workers staying back at the Camp during working hours5. Complete Daily Camp Report 6. Ensure that all operational needs of the Camp are provided 7. Ensure overall upkeep of the Camp including housekeeping and maintenance 8. Maintain the Camp building according to the Rental Contract terms, thereby avoiding any large maintenance payment at the end of the contract9. Ensure Complaint Log Register, Man/Material In-Out Register and the Guest Register are maintained properly and take corrective action10. Coordinate Camp centered activities during mobilization and demobilization with the Workforce Department
