Roles & ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate repair.Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and lighting, ensuring adherence to safety standards.Interpret vehicle schematics and wiring diagrams to effectively implement repairs and modifications to electrical systems.Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to develop comprehensive solutions for complex vehicle electrical problems.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in auto electronics is highly preferred.Preference for candidates with experience in hybrid or electric vehicle systems, reflecting an understanding of emerging technologies.Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective resolution of complex electrical problems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey technical information to clients and team members.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability in various work environments.Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in confined spaces and handle heavy components safely.Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an auto electrician in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.
