Job Description

The ideal candidate will be those who have experience in the below responsibilities: Clients Oriented:To develop Relationships with Clients, for registering company with vendors and end users, for content write-up for company?s marketing collateral, to create Plans for Business Growth & new business development. Should have wide knowledge and expertise in Prequalification procedures in Oil & Gas sector.Commercial Bid & Proposal:To develop Pricing Structures, for creating consistent bids with the end user requirements, for preparing commercial proposals and their submission, to oversee and Direct Contractors, monitor Regulations, for following up on the status of submitted proposals, maintaining tracking sheet for commercial proposals, upcoming projects.Principal Engagement: Responsible for drafting of commercial agreements including distribution agreements and agency agreements, for negotiation of commercial agreements, Involved in business process improvement, Involved in assisting company in corporate meetings and presentations, Involved in assisting company in legal affairs.
