Responsibilities? Regular and Periodical visits to customer sites to ensure proper functioning of our equipment.? Install, troubleshoot and maintains equipment.? Identifies, analyses and repairs product failures.? Orders replacement parts as required.? Provide and record customer feedback.? Escalate technical issues not within the scope and/or outside the scope of our terms of contract or product.? Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base if required as per company norms to prevent misuse and mishap.? Work closely with Field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow and communication.? Support customer centric programs to ensure customer satisfaction to complement our organizational goals.? Generate revenue from site service contracts with prior approvals.? Comparison of our products as against competitors, develop new ideas and improve product performances.? Provide technical assistance to the production team.? Visit project site for troubleshooting on a regular basis and whenever required beyond official work hours (if required) to handle any breakdowns.? Ability to handle different service team and scheduling with optimum utilization of manpower.? Capable to prepare AMCs to generate revenue to the company through service contracts.? Willing to work at sites, malls and at customer places.
