Identify potential customers Regularly meet customers (new/old) to generate enquiries - Minimum 5-7 visits Meet consultants and contractors for product approval and listing Cold calling to generate enquiries - Minimum 30-50 calls Follow up with customers to receive LPO & payments Negotiations with customer to receive LPO Site visits to understand progress of projects Achieve sales target per month ( individual & team if applicable) Establish long term relationship with consultants and customers Coordinate with sales coordinator for Technical submittals & Prequalification Coordination /follow up for timely delivery Coordination for sales return Regular follow up to receive payment timely Collect 100% payment as per agreed /approved terms and conditions All activities of the day shall be reported to Marketing Manager Submit customer visit report on a daily basis Submit weekly report as per requirement Continuously strive to enhance product/technical knowledge Any related task assigned by manager/management
