Production ManagerJob Location : UAEDuties and Responsibilities :?Monitor and ensure adequate stock of packaging /raw materials are available to meet the set production target.?Coordinate operations activities in clients, Production Planning ( Blending and Filling, warehousing, and equipment maintenance.?Supervise the activities of blending, filling, packaging, and Labeling staff.?Liaise with laboratory/QA unit to ensure that products meet specifications?liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients.?Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.?Supervise and motivate a team of workers.Requirements :?Proven experience as Production Manager in Lubricants Company.?Good Communication Skills?Confident in decision making?Effective planning?An eye for details?Strong leadership Skills
